I'm looking to improve my complete gym performance
I'm looking at GW cardarine as a sarm that can help me most. Should I run it by itself at 30 mg a day? my training is 6 days a week 2 hours a day so I workout a lot of hours compared to other people.

Don't go over 20mgs per day with cardarine gw501516.
Try doing 20mgs cardarine + 25mgs ostarine with 3 caps cardazol preworkout.

No. EVERYBODY and I mean EVERYBODY only needs 20mg. You DO NOT need 50% more.
 
Gw should be 20mgs per day, add some CARDAZOL, natural booster of cardio, stamina, energy and fat loss from bannednutrition.com
 
You will not need a pct for GW501516 only. I would also recommend going 16 weeks at 20 mg per day. It is a 24 hour half life so once a day dosing is completely fine
