I’m curious about using growth hormone. I’m getting close to an age where I feel like my body is really starting to slow down and Recovery is taking longer and longer. When I was in my 20s, I could do a workout, I’d be ready to go the next day. Now it seems like I have to take 2 days off. I’m 49 years old and I’m curious. If I should start taking growth hormone ahead of 50 years old, or should I wait till I’m 55? and what do you think about doing 2iu’s of hgh per day?
