Approved Log Simon Doc TRT and Sarms Log

Log for doc TRT between cycles. It should be noted I am also taking sarms as listed below.

Currently 5'-10", 228 pounds @ 20.4%

I strength train 2 to 3 times a week, jiu-jitsu training 2 to 3 times a week and ride a bicycle for cardio when I can get it in. I will walk 4 to 5 miles on any given day at work as well.

Sun 05.28.23 MD TRT 160mg/week
Day 27 MK-2866 & SR-9009

DIET:
0700 - 50mg MK-2866 and 10mg SR-9009.

0730 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk powder. 4 eggs scrambled w 1/2c shredded cheese in a protein wrap tortilla. 3 caps N2G.

1200 - 12 raw oysters, 2 fried oyster tacos, 1 grilled Mahi taco

1330 - 1 slice carrot cake

1400 - 10mg SR-9009,

1800 - 14oz baby back ribs without bones, 1.5c greens and diced bacon, 1.5 homemade pasta salad with grilled vegetables, ½ loaded baked russet potato.

2100 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk powder. 4 caps N2G.

TRAINING:rest day
SLEEP: 2200 - 0600 approx 8 hours.
WATER: approx 1g
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos
DAILY SUPS:Fish Oil triglyceride form 5.5g (DHA 2.2g, EPA 880mg, CLA 350mg). Glucosamine HCl 1.5g Chondroitin 1.2g

1200-1300 Deadlift and Overhead Press

1330 - 8oz Italian sausage, 1c broccoli and a few tortellini. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water.

1530 - Stuck at Airport picking up my kids flight delay. turkey sandwich, (4oz roasted turkey, 1 slice pepper jack, lettuce and tomato, artisan bread).

1900 - 10mg SR-9009, 1-8oz baked, parmesan crusted chicken breast, 1c blanched carrots, 1 sweet potato

2100 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk powder. 4 caps N2G.

@Vadim Fedorov I am really good for protein during the week but for some reason on weekends it seems I am so much busier and on the go that it doesn't seem to phase. I understand I need to stay consistent on the protein intake. I will work on this even if its an extra shake or a metrx bar, I presume that these things are better than none but not ideal?

@Simon always extra shake make sure you get egg protein and I eat protein bars add those too

0530 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk powder, 1c mixed berries, 2/3c protein granola, 2c vanilla Greek yogurt

0900 - 1c cottage cheese, 1c mixed peaches and blueberries, 1 banana.

1130 - 10mg SR-9009

1200 - 2c romaine lettuce w 4oz grilled chicken, blue cheese, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, chopped bacon and bleu cheese, dressed with olive oil and balsamic vin. 1-8oz baked, parmesan crusted chicken breast. 2 caps N2G.

1530 - 1 apple, 3 hard boiled eggs, 4 clementine oranges

1630 - 10mg SR-9009, 75mg test cyp

2000 - 1 avocado, 6oz flank steak tacos, 3 corn tortillas, 4oz cotija cheese, 3tbs salsa. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk powder. 2 caps N2G.

TRAINING: jiu-jitsu 60min

SLEEP: 2130 - 0430 approx. 7 hours.
WATER: approx. 1g
