DIET:
0600 - 1c blueberries, 1 banana, 1.5 scoop protein w 1 tsp psyllium husk blended with water.
1030 - 1c blueberries, 1c peaches and 1c cottage cheese.
1300 - 4oz. Chicken, 2c mixed greens, 1/2 avocado, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers and blue cheese dressed with olive oil and balsamic.
1830 - 14oz pulled pork shoulder, 2c mixed fruit, (watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple)
2000 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk
TRAINING:
Rest day
SLEEP: 2130 - 0500 approx 7.5 hours.
WATER: approx. 1gallon
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos
DAILY SUPS:Fish Oil triglyceride form 5.5g (DHA 2.2g, EPA 880mg, CLA 350mg). Glucosamine HCl 1.5g, Chondroitin 1.2g, Magnesium 300mg, (taurate, glycinate and malate). 7 caps N2G, NAC 1g, Milk Thistle 1g, Tudca 300mg.
