DIET:
0530 - 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk and 10oz water
0930 - breakfast burrito, (sausage, bacon, egg, peppers, onions, jalapenos and cheese) 1oz sour cream, 2oz salsa
1230 - 4oz grilled chicken, 2c mixed greens, mushrooms, bell peppers and cherry tomatoes with 1/4c blue cheese dressed with olive oil and balsamic. 1 banana
1530 - 2 peaches, 1 apple
2100 - shrimp fajitas, (1 avacado, 15 shrimp, peppers, onions, 3-4" corn tortillas) 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk powder mixed w 10oz water
TRAINING:
Jiu-jitsu 120 min
SLEEP: 2230 - 0530 approx 7 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon
