Day 25 of BPC157 and TB500
DIET:
0800 - 1 scoop protein powder w 1tsp psyllium husk and 10oz water.
1000 - 1 banana, 1c blueberries, 1 tsp honey, 1 scoop protein blended with water.
1300 - roast beef slamon and cheddar on rye. Assorted peppers, cured meats and cheeses.
1900 - 8oz tri tip, 1.5c jasmine rice, 1c green beans, 1c carrots.
2000 - microwave popcorn and hot tamales candies
TRAINING:
Warm up with Band pull aparts across chest and overhead 2x 20
I ran a circuit of the following first thing this am of 4x15 each
Bodyweight squats
Ab Wheel
Push-ups
Band Upright rows
Swim in ocean, skim boarding, body boarding, body surfing
SLEEP: 2200 - 0600 approx 8 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon
