- Ultima EQ 500, (lab results @ 400)
- Ethos Primobolan 200, used before and was real nice.

- My test comes from a local pharmacy because I have a trt script from my urologist.

Saturday 01.25.25

12:00 - handful fresh black cherries, 5 eggs, 8 pieces of bacon, 1 english muffin, 1 Belgium waffle with a banana.
5:00 - 3c orzo chicken bake with spinach, 2c mixed greens salad with cherry tomatoes and sliced apples. 1, 3"x3” square of wife's homemade Apple butter brookie

Rest day.
Perfect sat bro :)
but only 2 meals?
counting fairly low protein
 
Sunday 01.26.25
12:00 - handful fresh black cherries, approximately 2c of leftover homeade beef and broccoli low mein. Turkey, roastbeef and munster sandwhich on daves killer 21 whole grain bread. About 3 deli slices of each roast beef and turkey.
4:00 - ¼ homeade chicken pot pie, (my wife made homeade pie crusts too) 5 homeade chocolate chip cookies, 1 green apple
6:00 - another ⅛ chicken pot pie


Monday the 27th will not be fasted and somewhat of a rest day as my son and I are snowboarding for the day. I'm calling it a rest day as there will be no swimming or weights and will still log food intake.
