but a few questions is this a normal every day or just sunday?

also you have any goals on this TRT like you had on other cycles?
No, this is not a typical day. It was NFL conference games and a Sunday.

The goal of this cycle is to gain a little mass with a more defined build.
 
Happy New Year Gang,

I'm back on the grind with a 12 week cycle started yesterday, (4th Cycle) and Dave has persuaded me to post another log too.

Weekly 200mg Test Cyp, 400mg Primo and 400mg EQ. Pinning 1/2 of what you just read twice a week with a goal of better defined mass and endurance. Daily N2Guard of 7 capsules per day too.
I've dropped Jiu-Jitsu and taken up swimming for cardio, (30 minutes, 2 to 3x week followed by 10-15 minutes sauna time) due to some schedule changes as well.
@Simon swimming is the absolute bomb!
 
Monday 01.27
100mg test, 200mg Primo, 200mg EQ

Food
No fasting today, not typical. We went snowboarding

730am - 2 eggs, corned beef hash, 1 biscuit topped with sausage gravy and side of scrapple. 8oz OJ

2pm - 1c spiced cranberry granola and 1/2c dried pineapple

545pm - 1c water, 1c greek nonfat vanilla yogurt and 1 scoop vanilla whey protein blended, post workout

630pm - approx 3c arugula salad with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and fresh Buffalo mozzerella dressed with a homemade dijon red wine vinegarette topped with approx 8oz breaded baked chicken breast and avocado.


Training
Snowboarding 4 hours am
Strength pm
Warmed up 3x15 super sets reverse hypers and band pull aparts overhead and across chest
Shoulders
BB OHP, bar x 25, 75x15, 115 x 8, 115 x 6
Super set 3x15 upright Cable rows @ 50# with incline bench lateral rasies @ 10# each side

nice day but can you throw in a protein shake before bed or bar?

training is 4hrs cardio there so not too much expected
