Sideways sa tri push: 12.5x12, x10
Dips: +22.5 x5, x4
Low inc smith: 40x7, x4
Primal pec fly: 67.5x10, 70x8
Cybex Shoulder: 60x9, x7
Hammer overhead sa extention: 25x10, x8
Seated lat raise: 45x10, x8

Progress in all movements today. Happy to stack to plates a side on the incline smith. Surprised during a minicut the weights flying up. Attribute it to npp and mindset though, just because it’s a minicut doesn’t mean you have to lose progress. Aim of this short phase is to slightly increase or at least maintain numbers and then utilise the rebound to push volume a bit higher and run the numbers up even more.

The pushing exercises are fantastic. Nice job on the machine seated laterals and the side back shoulder. That is a prime workout right there. @Bigcheese2000

This is a great exercise right here to put together. @Bigcheese2000 How you mix up things and you make things fun. It's never a dull moment when you're training.

@Bigcheese2000 Bros, that's a hell of a pushing workout right there. I like the side, back, shoulder, and machine seated lats. Also a good job on the way to dips. That's good progress.
