All movements progressed today. Regenex support supplement also used keeping me healthy💪🏻 legs are absolutely fried today. An area I heavily need to bring up. No sides to report on and now off to a long cruise. 26 weeks total

Unfortunately have had a few days off training currently. Down with some form of cold/flu. On the road to recovery but giving it time to make sure everything’s 100%. Will follow up with my log when back training
