Training has been a bit all over the place. Got a session in Yesterday same as I’ve been doing since travelling. Venice doesn’t have a massive gym scene but has a few options. Went reasonably well but 32 degrees and no aircon got plenty fluids but very fatigueing and definitely no where near max effort😂currently in Italy the food is spectacular, moving to tropea a smaller seaside town. I would be lying if I said my nutrition is in any way decent but fuck it I’m on Holidays and it’s a one off will be back on the grind in 2 and a half weeks when I return. Can’t wait for the beach and some tan so I won’t look as pasty hopefully😂😂

Appreciate that bro, kinda tough when travelling Europe for 5 weeks and having a packed out schedule. Will do a physique update tomorrow evening

Single leg leg press x2
Hip thrust x2
Incline smith x2
Pull up x2
Dip x2
Bicep curl superset lat raise x2
Single arm pushdown x2

Physique is not in a good spot currently. Have trained twice in 3 weeks and no drugs in the system. Looking flat and fat. Will do a mini cut when I hit home shores and tidy up before i push again
