Looking for advice when it comes to having a sprained ankle.
I stepped in a little divot and I turned my ankle pretty good. Doctor said it’s sort of a high ankle sprain, maybe a little lower then that degree of sprain.
But it hurts and I can’t do cardio on it.
I want to run bpc-157.
The protocol I found online is 250mcg a day into the ankle. It is expensive so I want to run it the right way any advice on if that sounds good?
