I’m going into my second show for Men’s physique thinking of possibly doing a cross over with Classic. My show is March 11th 2023 and I’m debating on if it’s worth it to add in some S23 any advice is welcome I’ll leave pics of how I’m looking currently.
I’m currently running:
Test C 300 once a week
Winny 20mg daily
GW 20mg daily

But to tighten up s23 wouldn't help you, rad140 testolone might help or adding some anavar 20mgs will help make you tight

you should also switch to test prop before the show from test cyp imo

something like this
testosterone propionate 200mgs/week
winstrol 20mgs ed
cardarine 20mgs ed
anavar 30mgs ed
n2guard 7caps ed (organ liver support a must with all the orals you take)

i agree that s23 is not needed here but its because of the suppression... maybe you have it mixed up with something else but its well well well known for muscle hardening being one of its primary benefits... i just see it like this... why go through all the suppression when you can get extremely strong muscle hardening from rad, acp or s4...
