Supplement to help with lactic acid

Newbie
after my workout I seem to have a lot of lactic acid buildup and I'm wondering how can I help cure this where I don't feel sore the next day. Also sometimes at night I wake up and my hip is sore and my joints are achy. I blame the lactic acid for this as well. what are you guys do for supplementation here

I usually do baking soda with water but I also take n2guard daily so I feel fine and my lactic acid is in check daily.
 
that isn't lactic acid man, that is bro science

you feel sore next day due to inflammation. how do you recover from that? SLEEP

Taking 8 grams of L-Glutamine after each workout helps.

S4 ( Andarine ) helps a lot too.

For the most part, just increasing your endurance and workload through consistent training is the only thing that can really help long term.
