For progesterone you want it in range. Too high and it's like deca dick and converts to e2, and too low (you guessed it) it's like deca dick and will allow estrogen to be dominant.

Of all the tests this is the one it's kind of okay you missed but good to check from time to time.

the whole estrogen thing is so obsessive by people. Just enjoy the cycle and enjoy the vascularity and hardening.
