ISO Row 5 plates each side 3x8 - good squeeze
Lateral pull downs
4 plates each side 2x10
4 plates + 25 2x8
Single Arm supinated Seated Row 100 3x10
Single Arm neutral grip Row 140 4x12
30 mins treadmill

Adding weight to the stack for pulldowns feels pretty good. Not throwing the weight around on the iso Row any more, it's getting easier to control. Going to try 5 plates on the Lateral pulldowm machine, 4 plates plus a 25 wasn't bad at all; towards the end the squeeze got a little difficult but I was preexausted. Finished it off with light weight, slow reps. I will focus harder on cardio this next week! Excited to see what this dbol does for my bench and squat.

Been consistent for 3 years now, just felt like I reached my limit and decided to hop on the sauce. At least 450 next year is the goal!

I go as far down as I can up to 405 and then parallel. Once I hit 495 I'll focus on getting lower. Today i felt more drained than usual on my squats. But once I hit the hack squat I take it all the way down until it can't go down and then explode up. Added 50 more pounds to it this week and will use that weight until I get a smooth 3x8 and then go to 3 plates. I probably should have waited one more day in-between hamstrings and quads but still got a good pump. 485 is the goal next squat day!

The pumps are getting insane, almost painful. But my weights have increased while reps have remained the same. Decided to take the dbol orally prior to training for added strength in hopes to get to 405 within a month.
