Amazing night of sleep last night. Hit the 88 mark finally. It’s slow and steady but no rush. Happy enough with the weight and I think it’s near my heaviest fasted weight of all time.

Lower 2:
Cybex Adductor: 76x9, 58x13
Hip Thrust Machine: 50x8, 30x13
Hoist Extension: 74x10, 48x16
Safety Bar Squat:100x11, 80x13
Life SL Ham Curl: 55x8, 40x14
Watson SL Leg Press: 60 p/l x 12, x11
Big training day today. 2 exercise changes in there. Still again playing around equipment wise but I think I’m fully set now. Safety bar squat felt immense. The smith machine squat had my left knee feeling kinda funky so opted against that. With the leg press I’ve moved over to Watson for setup purposes. It has more seat heights than the Cybex and there’s a bar in the middle to seperate the foot plates. Can either have a double leg or a true single leg. It was a lot easier to setup and get locked in foot stance wise. Upper sessions and lower 1 are locked in movement wise but I’ve got my lower 2 fully sorted now.
