Almost at the end, guys, as I'm closing this cycle, I want to tell you all about some of the best exercises in my routine this cycle:
Incline DB Press (Slow Tempo): I went even slower than before, really squeezing the muscle.
Reverse Lunges: I felt it every workout and saw the progress in the mirror.
Lat Pulldowns + Seated Cable Rows: The combo that built thickness and
Ab Wheel + Hanging Leg Raises: My abs are visible and hard again. These two did it.
Incorporate some of this into your own program, and I can guarantee you'll see some serious growth fast.
