last update on the cyle itself. the cycle’s done. the bags are packed. fridge is cleaned out. I’m heading out to the dominican and I’m doing it lean, dry, and strong. this run did exactly what I needed it to do. joints feel good, libido’s dangerous, and i look like i actually train not like I just talk about it.
PCT starts in a few days. no shortcuts. not at my age. you mess this part up, you pay for it. I’ve seen guys crash hard and never recover right. I’m not about to be one of them. here’s what I’m running:
clomid 50mg a day
nolva 20mg a day
hcgenerate 3 caps
n2guard 5 caps
tongkat ali and zinc 100mgs of zinc yes 100!
ashwagandha to keep the head right
creatine just to stay strong while hormones settle
I’m bringing most of that with me but I’ll probably hit a farmacia or two once I land. grab some clomid, maybe extra nolva. cheap down there and easy if you know how to ask. been there before.
While I’m out there I’m not going full gym rat. just maintenance stuff. bodyweight, light dumbbells, push/pull/legs if I get the itch. Still doing cardio. stretching. letting my system cool off.
I need this trip. I earned this trip. there’s a beach with my name on it and a couple senoritas who’ve been liking every post I’ve made the last two months on instagram. we’ll see what happens.
I’ll be on and off the forum for a bit. don’t worry if you don’t see me post. I’m not gone. I’m just living. bloodwork when i get back. full recovery. then I’ll decide what’s next.
this cycle reminded me why I still do this. not just to look the part. to feel alive. to stay in control. to know i can still walk into any room and hold presence.
