@Ulter bro you look huge as fk but i am not scared of you at all. I could whip yo ass easy bring it.I don't know if it's just the BS from the ex-wife or some nerves from the upcoming trip, but a couple of days ago, I woke up with the idea to change everything in my training for weeks 6,7 and 8. Just closing out trying to get leaner and drier, more aesthetic. I just want to look like a superhero to these girls when I arrive. So today, I sat down and started drafting my training for the end of my cycle.
Here is what I'm planning so far:
Day 1 Upper Body
Warmup: shoulder dislocates, db rotations, empty bar bench, light lat raises
Giant Set x3: Incline db press 12–15, cable fly 15–20, pushups to fail
Superset x4: Seated dbl shoulder press 10 reps, lateral raises 20 reps
Superset x4: EZ-bar skull crushers 12 reps, rope overhead ext 15 reps
Finisher: Cable curls + hammer curls + rope curls (20 reps each, no rest),
5 mins incline treadmill
Day 2 Lower Body
Warmup: band glute bridges, leg swings, incline treadmill walk
Superset x4: Leg curls 12 reps, glute bridg 20 reps
Superset x3: Reverse dbl lunges (each leg), db RDLs 12 reps
Core: Hanging leg raises 15 reps, cable woodchoppers 15 each side, ab wheel rollouts 10 reps
Finisher: 10–15 mins incline treadmill walk
That's what I'm planning for the first two days of training in the week; I'm working on days 3 and 4. I'm not breaking it up into days since I have a lot going on the last few weeks for my trip and will take some liberty in making my own schedule for the gym, so "day 1" might not always be on Monday.
