Approved Log Testosterone Tbol Cycle Training Log

So this is my second cycle ever, first was pure test at 500mg for 10 weeks. A little about me, I am 48 years old 5'11" and 191 lbs. I was prescribed TRT about six months ago at 200mg but honestly after the first few months I began "TRT+" or whatever term you would like to use running between 300-350mg test e. My test was very low due to my previous career because my cortisol and adrenaline levels were always out of whack. My previous career was in the Army and without getting to specific I was an 18D Special Forces Medic. Anyone that knows about Green Berets know that it is a community that believes in the premise of bigger, stronger, and faster. Has do the Rangers, SEALS etc. Being a medic in SF I have experience on cycling guys on and off and ensuring their bloods were good. Personally though while I was on active duty I never messed with AAS/Test in my 24 years of active service. I have been retired a couple years now. Obviously my career required lots of physical training between lifting, rucking, running and CrossFit. I have carried this lifestyle on after retirement and continue to do two a day workouts consisting of cardio on the mornings and lifting in the evenings. Below is my list of current supplements I am running. I am currently running an eight week cycle of Tbol and Test and I am about four weeks into this cycle. I did get bloods done before I began cycle and all was good to go. I also did a blood dump to thin my red blood cells out before I began. Actually I did a power red donation.

Test E 500mg a week @250 twice a week
TBOL 50mg ED 25mg a.m. and 25mg p.m.
Tadalafil 5mg ED
Fish oil
Magnesium
Zinc
Vitamin D+K2
COQ10
Multi Vitamin
Axe and Sledge Kidney+ Care
Axe and Sledge Liver+ Care

I am looking to gain lean mass not really bulk etc. Functional fitness, looking good, and feeling good. I have realized at my age and with a lot of wear and tear on my body carrying a lot of weight isn't the best on my best up knees and lower back
holy brother you look super good ripped and big already
@rakkin if you want to gain mass we need to get the food in

how about adding cardarine? and adding some eq to the stack?

If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Or use an app like myfitness pal or cronometer. Very easy.

@rakkin Nice man thank you for spending your second cycle with us and putting up this thread
This cycle looks absolutely fine just keep in mind after you're done with the cycle and you go back to your normal trt dose I highly recommend you don't abuse the dosage because that will have consequences down the line on your heart health and your kidneys
 
I'd have you use less T based on actual blood tests and then boost other supportive hormones etc to get the most from the T you'd be using (via N2Guard)
Thanks for the heads up, I actually just picked three bottles of N2GUARD up for my next blast. I recently learned about it. I had seen it mentioned in other posts but was not to sure about it. So I did some research on it. Gonna stick with what I have now and run the N2 next time.

1 of the things I'd recommend for you especially because you have a very rugged past and a lot of wear and tear is these healing peptides @rakkin They're gonna go a long way in not only helping with existing issues but also preventing future issues
