yeah I get ya so basically two gym sessions a day kind of thing then.Yeah Cardio would be on top of your regular workouts, it will definitely speed things up, but you might find you lack energy. If you feel you are burning out then its ok to hold off on it for abit
With my low calorie days might be pushing it for energy hey. I’ll give it a crack this week. If I’m already dropping near 2kg this week can’t imagine what it’ll be if I add the extra cardio
