Cooking with gas now! Sleep, training & food all nailed. Good way to finish my week off before I fly back to work for a week tomorrow.
I’m going to start getting waist measurements and posting here as I don’t have access to any scales out at work and thought it would be a good idea to track progress while I’m out at work.
Starting from tomorrow I will be upping my Retatrutide dose from
