Targeting my core, lower back, glutes and tricep muscles.
#2. Upright Row - 5x10
Strengthening my upper back and shoulders.
#3. Alt Steering Wheel Raise - 5x10
Targeting my shoulders, traps and forearms.
#4. Tricep Dips - 5x10
Strengthening my core while also targeting my upper arms.
#5. Plate Hammer Curls - 5x10
Targets my biceps, brachioradialis and brachialis muscles.
#6. Alt DB Curls - 5x10
Builds and strengthens my biceps.
