gonna be using tirzepatide for weight loss.
I’m currently 28 years old and I’m about 320 lbs
one of the things I was reading is that you’re supposed to take this stuff under the skin once a week for 4 weeks only
what would be a good starting dose I’ve heard anywhere from 2 mg up to 15 mg a week I’m not sure what would be the best way to use it?
Also I’m hearing that you can run it as a maintenance those as well even after 4 weeks is this true?

tirzepatide works but your weight is high start with low dose 1mg and you can move up slowly
