I just took a job at a club as a DJ and bartender so my nights usually start at like 9pm when we first open and set everything up till everyone goes home and we clean up around 3 or 4am. this leaves me the option of working out before my shift or after I get off. My gym opens at 5am so would you workout at that time? or would you get in a workout before work?
