Tren is amazing but...

So i ran tren for the first time and now I am in the middle of PCT. I gained 11 pounds on cycle and my muscles got fuller, i got strong as an ox and i feel fantastic. the problem is now during pct i am down almost 5 pounds and it has only been 2 weeks. I will admit i look better after that weight loss but is this normal on tren?

You'll lose a lot of gains from tren, at least 60% after PCT but much will be kept if your PCT is good.

there is some loss but it doesnt have to be anywhere near that bad... you have to continue to eat enough to keep your size and you also have to have a COMPLETE pct...

when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... Yeah it's just the name of the game you gain you lose and with good pct you land somewhere in the middle, I'd take 1lb of new muscle over zero muscle gained, it's a long game not a short one slow and steady gains typically get kept easier if everything is done properly.

Yeah man you can't sustain that after coming off tren. You'll lose most of the gains in size and strength but thats how it goes. 2 steps forward one step back
