Diet is going great still at 2100-2300 calories a day and training is great today was back and chest
Incline dumbbell press super set with dumbbell rows 4 sets 6-12 reps pyramid up to about 75 pounds each then move the bench to lower degrees and 4 more supersets then drop the bench to a flat and hit 3 sets but just flat no super set woth rows and I got up to 95 pound dumbbell press for 4 reps then I did lat pull downs but cable machine that is unilateral 4 sets around 12-15 reps then finished with some cable flys only 3 sets plus I did 15 rounds of sprints 20 sec work 40 sec rest
Haha well when I get all this fat off I will want to put some weight on and will need your guys advice on best compounds to put on some real size that might help me lol
