So just got blood work done today will post when I get the test back … depending on blood work I want to do a test Eq cycle what should my dosage be some people say Eq will drop estrogen so should I not take any AI I use anastrozole .5 a week now or .75 when I am blasting 400mg of test so should I not take a AI … I got my cycle ready .. I ordered from domestic supply it was great source I had a little issue with bit coin very confusing I am still learning that I will post pic of gear

I am worried about the Eq crashing my estrogen I never used it . I don’t know if I should use a AI wile on Eq if Eq will do the job

Got my labs back so this test is I was back to a low dose of test from the 400mg a week to only 100mg a week for the past 3 weeks I was trying to get my test levels a little lower so the trt dr don’t say anything and try to lower my dose but we will see what he says all my markers have improved my ldl is still a little high but it’s lower then it was before so since I been on trt my health markers have improved and me going on a 10 week blast didn’t effect me negatively at all and i actually improved

This weeks meal prep is going down adding extra chicken and eggs to make sure I get all the protein lol trying to get the 300g I added more veggies to everything I will calculate macros later after I cook all this and weigh it haven’t cooked eggs yet that is next

This is this weeks meals I bump up my chicken from 8 oz to 10 but I think next week will be 12 oz of chicken and I bump me up 1 egg to 3 eggs plus the egg whites I might add double the egg whites next week to see where my protein is with this meal I still have room need a extra snack like a tuna pouch or a protein bar or some Greek yogurt this will have to be for this week next week we will see the added food where it puts me
