Didn’t get a minute to update my workout from yesterday
Flat Bench Press
80 kg — 4 × 6–8
Incline Dumbbell Press
30 kg — 3 × 8–10
Seated Shoulder Press (Dumbbell)
26 kg — 3 × 8–10
Cable Lateral Raises
10 kg — 3 × 12–15
Chest Fly Machine
50kg — 3 × 10–12
Tricep Pushdowns (Rope)
35 kg — 3 × 10–12
Overhead Tricep Extension (Cable)
30 kg — 3 × 10–12
Straight from my notes the reps aren’t correct I can’t remember what I hit of each but was kinda around the ones wrote above was a dece workout warmed up with 20mins incline walk
Didn’t do abs after just stretches for 15ish mins or so. Felt good. Will update my workout for today when I knock off work and make it to the gym hopefully if not maybe it will be tomoz
