Nice Shoulders, ABS, Biceps. In my opinion your physique would look top tier if you put some mass and volume on the pecs. I predict in the next 6 months your chest and shoulders will blow up. Also, more consistency and emphasis on protein in any form. Thank you for logging. Following
I’d say you are correct but ive gotten out of the building phase I went through the whole wanting to look like a body builder I enjoy the more lean/smaller physique. It’s better for my lifestyle as of now. I have 2 boys that play basketball/football/baseball and I’m always working with them and a daughter in cheerleading and travel gymnastics. I devote as much time to them as possible to give them the best possible chance in life.

Alright after coming off my 3 day fast I have been feeling great. I feel like my cardio has a great boost after coming off. I broke the fast with some fruit most pineapple but had some watermelon also. Big fruit fan here especially pineapple for the gut health and help with digestion. That evening I had a decent size meal with 2 small grilled chicken breast and some steamed broccoli. This is my favorite meal by far especially on a grill.

As for training I do a Deload when I am on my 3 day fast and for a couple days after until I get some good back in my system. Weight drop quite a bit but I work more with volume. Normally I shoot for 6-8 reps during regular training and to failur me on the last set. During Deload I drop weights but up my volume to around the 12-15 rep range just to force as much blood in as possible.

I have never really recorded my training as I kind of know where I stand and I’m not trying to get a lot stronger but just stay healthy and on the stronger side. I’ll try to start recoding my training with exercises reps and sets so that you guys can see where I stand strength wise.

As for today I trained arms this morning with 30 min of fasted cardio prior to lifting. It was a quick lifting day as I had a meeting at 8:45 I had to be on so I got in and got it done.

Breakfast after training was 6 hard boiled eggs with a small bowl of oatmeal. The wife is wanting to go to a nice Italian restaurant in town for lunch before we have to pick the kids up for school and I always get the same meal there. Salmon with a double side of broccoli As for this evening it will probably unfortunately be a quick protein shake. I use cutler nutrition as it blends up good.y 2 boys have practice and training with their personal trainers so we have a slammed evening.

Also I forgot to mention I take N2guard everyday. Since I’m not on cycle and just running trt I stick with 5 caps a day but up it to the 7 when on cycle.

Sorry I don’t have much for training now but I will definitely try to get more updated training info for you guys.
