Back at it this week
Hit the gym yesterday for a good chest day. Tried to press some bigger weights than normal just to see if I still have some strength in me.
Did about 15-20 min of warm ups for my chest and shoulders to keep from injury.
Flat bench barbell
315 lbs for 5
325 lbs for 3
340 lbs for 2
Incline barbell
300 lbs for 7
320 lbs for 4
325 lbs for 2
Flys on the cables with 70 lbs per side 4 sets of AMRAP
had one hell of a pump after this so finished the work out with abs and 30 mins of cardio
Currently sitting at around 205 body weight so not terrible numbers on bench I guess.
