Approved Log TRT and training Log with Steroidify

Good morning guys!

Everything has been going extremely well as of recent with my training and cardio. The shoulder pain is almost non existent at this point. I can manipulate my lifts to where the pain is nothing more than a small sting. I’m hoping to keep the surgery pushed out as long as possible.

Been focusing on cardio with getting an average of 11k steps in a day and 30 -45 min of cardio at the gym. Been leaning up nicely and down to around 195-200 lbs.

Had a successful chest day this morning pushing decent weight and got a really good pump. Its mentally draining knowing I can push more weight but I don’t want to risk the injury.

Flatbench 4 sets with 2 warm up sets. 60 sec rest between sets

100 lb dumbells for 12
100 lb dumbells for 10
105 lb dumbells for 8
110 lb dumbells for 5 felt gassed on this set shooting for 6

Cross cable flys 6 sets to failure with tight squeeze at the top

Hammer strength incline

3 sets of 225

Set 1 for 8 reps
Set 2 for 6 reps
Set 3 for 5 reps

Ended the workout with incline push ups using the smith machine bar with a wide grip. Worked 4 sets to failure on this.

Finished up the workout out with 30 min of cardio while I watched Netflix. Had to get this workout in early this morning as I have a training I will be sitting in all day for work. They will have a bunch of junk food so I chose to used today as my fasting day. Seemed like the right time. View attachment 39998

Good Monday brothers!

Had a real nice chest day today and pushed some good weight without much pain in the shoulder at all. If it stays this way I may be able to avoid surgery.

Incline hammer strength

3 set of 225 for 14 reps
2 sets of 275 for 10 reps each

Dumbbell bench press

100s set 1 for 12
110s set 2 for 8
115s for 7

Cable flies 3 sets to failure low, mid and high flies

Incline pushups onthe smith machine 3 sets to failure

Had a a good pump in my chest and felt really full.

As for life I am in the process of getting a sleep study started so I can get a cpap. It is long over due as my wife said I have had issues for years I just never did anything about it. This is also the time when my construction season gets started so I’m going to be slammed with work starting here in the next couple weeks.

Great to see you motivated and excited for your training. You are very strong man. I would love to see you get tighter in the waist and really bring things home next. And yes you should definitely work on the sleep. There's a lot of things that can be improved. @ballin2504
