Unfortunately, our hosting provider has experienced a catastrophic failure affecting the facility where our servers are located. As a result, our website has not been reachable
We understand that this has happened at a particularly inconvenient time as we were in the middle of a sale and just about to begin our holiday closure. At this stage, it appears unlikely that website access will be restored before our break
Sadly, this means we won't be able to accept any further orders before the break and as soon as service is restored we'll be placing the website into holiday mode as originally planned
With that said,
please note that all orders that were placed and paid for before our website going offline have already been packed and shipped, so if you were able to get your order in and take advantage of the sale, then you have nothing to worry about
Email communication also remains unaffected, so if you have any questions or concerns or would like your tracking number in the meantime, please do not hesitate to email us at

As a side note, please be mindful that from tomorrow our customer support team will be operating on reduced “skeleton” hours while they enjoy some well earned time off too. The team will still be checking in periodically to respond to urgent enquiries but please be aware that response times may be longer than usual
Checkout is still scheduled to reopen upon our return on Friday, October 16th @ 2:00 pm (AEST) and the whole team will be back in the office and ready to
resume normal operations on Monday, October 19th
Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused by this early closure. Unfortunately the situation was outside our control and we had hoped to begin our holiday break on a more positive note
