ugloz.is out of stock and screwed me over

used ugloz for the first and last time. Long story short I place an order and the product wasn’t in stock even though it clearly showed that it was. They told me they’d give me a store credit and would refuse me a refund. After they gave me a refund they switched websites and my store credit no longer was valid. They play stupid when I email them do not trust them

sounds like you got scammed. ugloz would never ordered from them 15+ times in the last month no issues

@UGL OZ will never scam or play games. There the most professional Lab in Australia. Did you email them on [email protected] and it would be sorted out quick smart.

2. If for what ever reason a refund needed to be issued, we would issue it. Anyone that has had to get a refund can attest to how quickly we organise these and get them refunded

3. We have not switched websites since our inception. We operate from Ugloz.is — we have only operated from here since we started

I don’t know if it’s a troll or u got scammed by someone impersonating ugloz. I recently hplc tested there tren e. They came back spot on as advertised and didn’t took a minute to reimburse my cost to jano and send me free vial. There is reason they r trusted and top in business.

Mods (and Anabolex team, cc: @GHgut4life @AnaboleX-Dave): At some point there needs to be action taken against these troll posts. You can clearly see that they all follow the same pattern and post format.

They include "ugloz.is" in the thread title, make one post which is a completely false claim which is designed solely to slander us and then disappear with no further update posts.

How much longer do we allow this to go on? It's clearly a coordinated attack as they want these forum posts to show up when someone searches for "ugloz.is".

I mean, the line has to be drawn somewhere - no? This is getting beyond ridiculous. We're a diamond level sponsor with thousands of positive reviews across all EVO-owned web properties.

As I said, I don't care to even invest time and energy into even replying to these posts but surely there's some policy changes that need to be made here to protect the vendors who you directly support and endorse?

We're here to support your platform, assist and interact with our real customers, and to provide genuine value to the greater Aussie AAS community. Me and my team aren't here to waste our time and resources replying to these troll posts.

They’ve been a huge part of shaping the local bodybuilding and fitness scene, and anyone who’s been around long enough knows the time, effort, and consistency AJ and the team have put in to lift the standard here.

It’s frustrating to keep seeing these baseless troll posts pop up. There’s never any proof, no follow up, and yet they still take time and energy away from people genuinely helping the community grow. I really hope to see some proper policy changes and stronger measures put in place against this sort of unfounded content. Beyond defending a respected name, it’s about protecting the integrity and future growth of the wider Anablox and EVO-owned community that UGLOZ and others are working to build.
