They are totally unreliable: 15 days ago they assured me that they would send a replacement (which they anyway should have already sent at least on month before in my opinion): after 15 days they not only sent NOTHING but I’m still waiting for the Bioteq tracking number to be activated. And they promised me a ridiculous 10% compensation on my next purchease, a discount I regularly already obtain by posting the product pics: they are shameless!

First of all, I would like to tender an unreserved apology to you for the disappointment you obviously feel for the delay in your delivery and perceived nonchalance towards your case from us.
I assure you that we are not oblivious of your frustrations. Also, the unfortunate delay in delivery has been due to issues with some international warehouses (WHs) in recent months as in this case with BIOTEQ.
However, we have been reassured by all those warehouses that the issues (of delivery) going forward will be resolved.
With regards to your order from Bioteq: LO414981278GB
I can reliably inform you that packages from Bioteq started moving out last week and your package is in the next batch of shipments that will be processed.
I was also told that an email to this effect was sent to you by CS. We are closely monitoring your package and if there is no movement by Monday, April 6th, 2026 from Bioteq WH, we will replace it with a similar order from Prime Pharma and in addition to this, we will offer you a commercial gesture for the unfortunate long wait for the delivery of your order.
Once again, I apologize for the delay in meeting your order, and reassure you that we are working towards resolving the issue (though admittedly late in the day).
