using an AI on TRT

I've been post gyno surgery for 5 years now that was caused by my TRT that I was on, after the surgery now I don't want to get gyno again obviously but don't want other estrogen side effects. Should I be using an AI this go around to avoid any issues or do I need to be using nolvadex instead for help?

I suggest you use low dose 10mgs nolva EOD and 5mgs aromasin EOD.

if you had your gland snipped that you wont need to worry about it.. you need to monitor bloodwork as well

it depends on the surgery. we just had nelson on the podcast and he said he had it done but he still got it again cause it wasn't done 100%

You never use an AI on TRT. If your estrogen is that high then something is wrong with the TRT protocol. It can usually be blamed on 1 of 2 things:

1. your test dose is too high
2. You are not injecting frequently enough

You want your test to be in the high range of normal. For both total and free test.

You should be injecting every single day if possible. At minimum twice per week. This makes a huge difference on aromatization. A normal body produces testosterone every single day and is therefore able to handle the small daily amount of aromatization. If you slam your entire weeks worth of test at once your body will struggle to keep up.

What is your trt dose? What is your bloodwork numbers for test and estrogen levels?
