using elbow wraps for girls

I sort of tweaked my elbow doing some house work and it aches when i work out at the gym. Do you think that elbow wraps would help or hurt the situation here? I just want to be able to get in a decent workout without being in pain. also if you can suggest any supplements that would be great. Would these wraps make my elbows dry?
 
For girls elbow wraps will make your elbows real dry and you shouldn't be doing such high weight you need them IMO.
 
Not sure what tweaked means but if you're injured you shouldn't be training. Give yourself time to heal first, then train as normal. Begins with 1/2 of your pre injury weight then evaluate and adjust based on you level of recovery.
I've over trains shoulders and elbows but after about a week or so off, I'm back in the saddle. Minor sprain and strains typically take about a week to recover. For the record, I've never used a wrap on anything.

give it some rest... a wrap can help support in the meantime. not sure about dry skin... use lotion?
 
You need rest more than anything. Wraps are not good if you're injured. Only to help prevent them
