using letro in PCT

Newbie
I was watching greg valentino on youtube and he says that he has always used letro during PCT because it helps keep estrogen down. Apparently his theory is if you keep your estrogen down in pct your testosterone levels will bounce back because they run inverse. Would you recommend doing this and if so how much letro?
 
Gregg valentino is not the best source of info IMO. I wouldn't use anything except nolva or aromasin.
 
that guy is a fucking idiot, don't listen to him. the problem with youtube is any idiot can go on there and spout information without any sort of knowledge or clue what they are talking about and fanboys follow them.

letro is a horrible idea in pct unless you want to completely crash estrogen and feel like ass
 
No, you do not want to crash estrogen ever. Unless you are running an anti-gyno protocol. Estrogen is neuroprotective and very important to your body functioning normally. If you need a comprehensive PCT protocol, check this one out:

Letro post cycle would be disaster. Crashing your estrogen completely with nothing to aromatize will have you feeling like death
