SR is definitely the GOAT, but it needs to be used before your training. It has a very short half-life. Otherwise, you're not going to get the most out of it.
Bros, SR is one of my favorites. You're not gonna go wrong. It's considered a good option for endurance specifically, but it's also good for fat loss. I would definitely run it with some Ostarine
