I’ve noticed when I train on winstrol that I get super crazy hardness, vascularity and pumps.
Does this mean I should no longer train super heavy? Should I do more reps at lower weights?
Or do you think I should just keep my training the way it’s been which is usually keeping around the 5 or 7 rep range and lifting around 70 or 80%.
