Using Winstrol with what?

I want to try using Winstrol alone because a buddy of mine did it and said he had great results
the guy is very jacked and he has a six pack and everything
my question is what am I supposed to use with it and can I use it by itself and what is the recommended dose?
I’m 26 years old and 5’6’’ 179 pounds.
 
no clue without knowing your cycle history and actually goals... just because someone is jacked or ripped doesnt mean you should be using or doing what they are doing etc... everyone is different and theres a lot of factors that go into this

You can use winstrol alone but I like to use winstrol with anavar 50mgs/day each.
Always add n2guard to oral cycles.
 
Winstrol is generally stacked with anavar and cardarine.
