I’m trying to do squats at least every 2 or 3 days to really stress my CNS and make myself stronger
my legs have always been my weak spot and I was also like to build up my conditioning
what would you recommend I do about my neck hurting when I do them
should I use one of those pads for my neck? Or should I change up the way I am squatting? Any tips from those of you who have had similar issues?
