Hello boys and girls I would like to cut down some body fat on my next sarms cycle.
I need your help when it comes to setting something up
I’m currently 25 years old and a 5’7” 248 lbs
my body fat is high maybe 25 or even 30%
how would you recommend I use sarms and what kind of training should I do while on them to get the best results

you need to focus on fixing your diet and implementing plenty of cardio.. you need discipline and consistency.. i can lay you out a great cutting cycle but if you do not have these areas fixed then you are just spinning your wheels
