Would sarms hurt me here?

I am 29 years old
5 ft 8 in 225 lb
my body fat is high I am a large guy. I was in a car accident a couple years ago when I was leaving work and I now I am on disability and have a hard time walking
do you think sarms will help me in my situation or would they hurt. I would really like to lose somebody fat and get healthier .
