Training Level: Intermediate
Program Duration: 16+ weeks
Workout Days per Week: 4
Equipment: Barbell, Bodyweight Cables, Dumbbells, Machines,
Cardio: 20-30 minutes per session with 3-4 sessions of moderate level cardio per week mainly from running trails. Paired with punching bag and foot work three times a week.
4 Day Split (M, T, T, F):
Monday: Chest / Shoulders (Focusing mostly on upper body)
Tuesday: Upper Back / Lower Back
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Arms / Abs / Chest
Friday: Legs
Saturday & Sunday: Off
Supplements: Protein Isolate / Creatine Monohydrate, Multivitamins, Tirzepatide .5 weekly
