I weighed almost 300lbs in the unhealthy fat days in my 20's so I've never seen an ab lol. Started walking and lifting weights around 1990. In the early 2000's started using mostly test but added dbol, tren here and there. I had no intelligent cycle, just stayed on test. My diet has been mostly plant based plus eggs, and fish occasionally, protein powder, EAA, and lots of supplements. Water is a gallon/day or more. I've used every test booster I thought might work. I'm sure I'll start remembering more. Thanks for the welcome!

Details I forgot to add...OK, so TRT not started yet. Also the mostly plant based diet has been only the last 10yrs about.
OK a bit more recent background. About 4 yrs ago my friend Kent and I decided to do the old 5X5 routine, 3- 4 days/ wk. I'm bad at remembering how long we did this or that. I think we did that routine for 2yrs.(?) This I do know. We gained alot of strength back then. For whatever reason we went to lighter weight higher reps. That's where I've been even now...Wed, Thurs, Fri. It amounts to about 80 total reps of a few different movements. Just maintenance I'm recovering from torn left bicep ( straight arm a trash can from the ground), right shoulder crunch too, not sure how. I never stop lifting because of injury, just work around it... I've had more pain doing this high rep stuff than I ever did doing low rep/ more weight...

Great to hear that you kept pushing hard and will push hard
we are waiting on more updates on diet and training
 
Be careful working around injuries. Best thing is to try and heal them up.

Looking forward to this log and how you get the TRT dialed in once started.
