No TRT yet. Diet is still 3 meals/day. Clean, mostly plant based, need more protein, eggs, EAA. Increased calories in the last week. Increasing weight to the bars wanting to lower the reps. I want to do 5X5 again, compound movements to build strength perhaps every other day (3days) and isolation 2 days...we'll see. Scale is still at 171. Typical daily supplements shown. Usually have some test booster in there too like tongkat or the like. If I can't say for sure it works then it probably doesn't. The Bioplasma ( no picture) I only had 1 bottle but it stopped muscle cramping so I need to get more.
