I def agree with you here. Problem is I'm mostly plant based, not for some moral issues, I do it for the health benefits. At the same time I'm aware of the need for the full aminos. I don't have confidence in plant protein powders on their own. Yes some are considered complete proteins, but how efficient are they? Right now I'm using EAA powder from Bulk Supplements and eggs as my protein sources. When I start TRT I'll have to dramatically increase protein even if I have to add deer jerky lol! Thank you for your input!

I'm not sure there is a real heal benefit with plants vs meat, if you eat healthy meat and fish its actually good for you and good for your health
we are meant to be omnivores, eat everything not just plants

Yep the whole food plant based diet has great health benefits. I just cannot see myself eating enough beans and tofu to meet protein requirements for muscle building lol. If I'm gonna eat every 2-3 hrs I'd rather drink 3 out of 5 meals or 5 out of 7 meals.
If you stick to actual plants, I understand the benefits but consuming processed powders is not giving

I weighed almost 300lbs in the unhealthy fat days in my 20's so I've never seen an ab lol. Started walking and lifting weights around 1990. In the early 2000's started using mostly test but added dbol, tren here and there. I had no intelligent cycle, just stayed on test. My diet has been mostly plant based plus eggs, and fish occasionally, protein powder, EAA, and lots of supplements. Water is a gallon/day or more. I've used every test booster I thought might work. I'm sure I'll start remembering more. Thanks for the welcome!

Next visit was just hormones.
They looked at just the basics and the cost was way high. Don't remember the exact amount and of course ignored the high SHBG.

What do you guys do for labs?

Your testosterone levels not bad at all both free and normal testosterone.

You dont need more tests you can just go run TRT.

ALT/AST is important, so is LH
Creatinine and T3/T4 also important

Overall I would say you have a good base
