I def agree with you here. Problem is I'm mostly plant based, not for some moral issues, I do it for the health benefits. At the same time I'm aware of the need for the full aminos. I don't have confidence in plant protein powders on their own. Yes some are considered complete proteins, but how efficient are they? Right now I'm using EAA powder from Bulk Supplements and eggs as my protein sources. When I start TRT I'll have to dramatically increase protein even if I have to add deer jerky lol! why not get real meat, you need the full amino acids from meat to grow
