I think gals should start slow on anavar or winstrol
 
im not a fan of women using steroids and have always steered them towards sarms and peptides, where they dont have to worry about different things like this.. there is just so many further issues a female can have as opposed to a man when using steroids so ive just always found it to be far safer to go with sarms and still have tremendous results without all the steroid side effect concerns...

I would not suggest it. But 2.5mgs anavar/day is possibility but you should roidtest for her the anavar
 
sarms only no steroids
