Thanks man I have a show coming up June 3rd. Since I've been back I bumped my protein up to 10oz and cut the rice out and bumped my veggies up to 1 1/2 cup 6 time a day

Yessir I’ll upload pics after this June show! I’m debating on if I need to put on more size before I head to the Arnold after this show or just maintain and chisel out more.

@Chimp I suggest you up your protein and concentrate on staying lean but getting bigger, most guy sat the arnold are thicker you'll see.
